Immersion
is an annual event which occurs one week prior to the start of every fall trimester
at a retreat/training center in the mountains of North Carolina. It is a total "immersion"
in God, community, and FIRE’s spiritual culture. This key time provides a great
opportunity to build relationships with other students, FIRE staff, and faculty
members. It also serves to lay a foundation for the upcoming school year.
